For many of our guests, our seven-course tasting menu has become a familiar favourite. It remains at the heart of what we do and continues to offer a beautifully considered journey through our cuisine.
This season, however, we are delighted to introduce something new
Our New 10-Course Tasting Menu
Created for guests wishing to enjoy a more immersive culinary experience, our new 10-course tasting menu builds upon the foundations of our original seven-course journey, introducing additional courses that celebrate exceptional produce, refined technique and the changing seasons.
Throughout the menu, guests can expect luxurious highlights including caviar, native lobster and a carefully considered cheese course, each chosen to complement the progression of the experience and showcase the ingredients at their very best.
Every course has been thoughtfully composed to create a sense of balance and progression — bringing together flavour, texture and technique while allowing the character of each ingredient to shine.
From the opening course through to dessert, the menu is designed as a story of the season.
