A Celebration of Great Neighbours: Our First Collaboration Dinner with Digby Fine English
There is something truly special about the synergy of great neighbours.
At The Town House Restaurant with Rooms, we are fortunate to be part of a wonderful community in the heart of historic Arundel. This August, we are delighted to celebrate that community by joining forces with one of our closest neighbours, Digby Fine English, for our very first Collaboration Dinner.
On Saturday 29th August, we will welcome guests for an intimate evening celebrating exceptional English sparkling wine, fine dining and the remarkable talent found right here in Arundel.
An Evening with Digby Fine English
For this inaugural collaboration, we are thrilled to welcome Trevor Clough, Co-founder and Head Blender of Digby Fine English, who will host the evening alongside Jenni and Matt.
Trevor will guide guests through the wines, sharing his knowledge and passion for English sparkling wine while Matthew Price presents a specially created six-course tasting menu designed to work in harmony with the wines.
The evening will showcase five of Digby's finest sparkling wines, carefully paired with six courses of Matthew's cuisine.
It is an opportunity to experience the character and complexity of English sparkling wine alongside a menu created specifically to complement it — with each course and wine carefully considered as part of the overall journey.
A Six-Course Culinary Journey
Chef Patron Matthew Price has created a spectacular six-course tasting menu especially for the evening.
As always at The Town House, the menu will be driven by exceptional ingredients, thoughtful technique and a respect for the character of each element on the plate.
Each course has been carefully considered alongside Digby's wines, creating a progression through the evening that allows both the food and wine to shine.
Guests will begin with canapés and a welcome before settling in for the tasting menu, followed by coffee and petit fours to complete the experience.

Our four individually designed bedrooms sit within The Town House itself, allowing you to continue the evening at your leisure before retreating upstairs for a restful night's sleep.
Wake the following morning in the heart of historic Arundel and enjoy a little more time discovering the town, its independent businesses, beautiful surroundings and the final moments of the festival.
